By accessing or using Capital Kids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Capital Kids is a directory for family-friendly activities in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. You may browse listings as a visitor or create an account to submit and manage listings as an organizer. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false or misleading content, or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
To list an activity on Capital Kids, you must create an account and subscribe to a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listings and ensuring that all information provided is truthful and up to date. Capital Kids reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. Capital Kids reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Capital Kids. By submitting content, you grant Capital Kids a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on our platform and in marketing materials.
Capital Kids provides listing information as-is. We do not verify the accuracy of all submitted content and are not responsible for any issues arising from activities listed on our platform. Always verify hours, prices, and availability directly with the organizer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Capital Kids after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
